About

Welcome to Sherman’s Corner – I hope you love the perspective I provide here. If you don’t, that’s ok, but leave me comments! I would love to discuss more on each topic.

I was born and grown up in southern Taiwan — a lovely city called Tainan City. I enjoy thinking about life and the relationship between the world and me. I want to broaden my viewpoints by traveling, books, movies, music and any sorts of things that help me experience the world.

Currently, I am a graduate student in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department at UCSB. My advisor is Professor Tim Cheng. Once in a while I might post something regarding my research and key findings. Moreover, please also visit my homepage!

This blog is not a day-to-day diary of my life, but rather some observations and thinking about what’s going on in this world. As you might know, English is not my native language. However, I strive to write in an easy and concise way so that everyone can enjoy my articles!

Again, welcome to Sherman’s Corner and hope you have a enjoyable visit.
