Starbucks has recently announced their new product - Starbucks VIA, which is a instant coffee without cream and sugar added. They are having a taste challenge these days at all US Starbucks stores — they will prepare a brewing version and a instant version for you and, after tasting them, you will guess which one is which.
This morning, I went to a local Starbucks coffee and participated in their taste challenge. Since the brewing coffee is still more bitter than the instant one, I was able to distinguish the two. The instant coffee is not bad – perhaps good for someone who is addictive to Starbucks but is too far away from a store 
Regardless of successfully distinguish the brewing and instant coffee, you would be given a coupon that can redeem for 1) a free tall coffee, and 2) 1 dollar off of 3-pack or 12-pack instant coffee, expiring mid-November. This are pretty good deals!
