EEtimes has an article about top 10 cash rich IC vendors today. It is actually surprising to me that many of them sells analog/RF chips – e.g., Intel, Qualcom, TI, Broadcom, Analog Device, Maxim. What I wonder is that, how come TSMC become an IC vendor? Maybe EEtimes have different way of categorizing companies.
